Come learn about self-driving cars and robotics! Join us for a leadership workshop with Gautam Narang, Founder and CEO of Gatik which is building self-driving trucks for business deliveries. Gatik is the first and only company to be operating self-driving trucks commercially in both US and Canada. Its trucks operate autonomously for retailers such as Walmart and Loblaw.
Before founding Gatik, Gautam led teams building diverse robotic systems from moon rovers and self-driving cars to off-road autonomous vehicles and bomb-disposal robots. He has years of experience in robotics and AI from research at CNRS, NREC, Honda R&D, and Waseda University. He holds a Masters in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University.
This workshop will be held at Gatik AI’s headquarters in Mountain View where you will be able to see a self-driving truck and its key systems. Gautam will talk about robotics, self-driving vehicles and then lead an activity to highlight autonomous driving technology.
