Come join us for a workshop with Senator Josh Becker! Senator Becker was elected to the California State Senate in 2020. He represents 13th Senate District, which includes most of San Mateo County and northern Santa Clara County
He has introduced numerous measures aimed at accelerating California's transition to 100% renewable energy and net-zero emissions. Recently, he spoke at the COP26 Climate Conference. He has also worked to enhance voter access, reformed the justice system, and leveraged technology to improve economic mobility for all Californians. He previously served as the CEO of Lex Machina which provides legal analytics.
Senator Becker will talk about his role as a senator, climate, and his life as an entrepreneur. He will then lead an activity to engage the audience on his role as a senator.
